The logbook portion of the display lists the blood glucose readings much as they might appear if recorded in a traditional paper logbook. Entries appear with the most recent reading at the top.
| Date: | The date that the reading was taken. |
| Time: | The time that the reading was taken. |
| Day: | The day of the week that the reading was taken. |
| Bg: | The blood glucose reading. Following the reading number is a bar representing the target ranges and other readings during the period selected. The upper limit of the bar graph adjusts automatically to accommodate the range of readings. |
| Category: | These classifications can be used to quickly filter the readings so that only certain types of readings are included. |
| Comment: | Comments that are entered along with the reading are entered here. |
